We work very hard to ensure that we offer the absolute best prices online. We work with our suppliers to ensure that they set minimum advertised pricing guidelines for all our competitors. This means that everyone else selling the same product online is supposed to be selling it at the same price.
If you find another online store that offers a lower price than us within 6 months of your purchase date, please let us know and we will contact the brand to ensure they are not breaking the minimum advertised price policy. If you qualify for a refund, you will be refunded the difference in price to your credit card.

Our goal is to keep the ordering process as simple as possible. Shipping times vary by supplier but are usually from 1-5 business days and delivery time varies between 5 -10 business days (white glove can take a week or so longer) if your product is in stock.
Order & Shipping Confirmation:
- You will receive an order confirmation email as soon as you place your order. This means that we have pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase and have begun processing your order.
- As soon as we receive your order, we reach out to our supplier to confirm that it is in stock and available for shipment.
- If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will reach out to you via email.
- If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment, we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
