We work very hard to ensure that we offer the absolute best prices online. We work with our suppliers to ensure that they set minimum advertised pricing guidelines for all our competitors.     1. Do you offer Financing?  Yes, we do. Information can be found here.

    2. Do you offer Quantity Discounts?  Yes, we do. If you're planning on purchasing more than 1 chair please contact us for a better rate.

    3. Are your chairs New?  Yes, our chairs are brand new from the manufacturer and we're an Authorized Dealer for every brand we carry. We do offer some "Pre-Owned" chairs from various suppliers, and it will state as such in the title of the listing or prominently in the description. If you're not sure just ask.

    4. Do you have a Showroom where I can try the chairs? No, not at this time.

    5. Do you charge Sales Tax?  Not in most states.  At this time we are only required to collect tax on items that are shipped to an Ohio address.

    6. What is Zero Gravity? It is a reclined position designed to take the pressure off of your body.

    7. What is an L-Track? This simply refers to the shape of the track the massage rollers travel on. In this case the track is shaped like an "L". L-Track chairs allow the rollers to travel farther down than S-Track chairs to areas such as the glutes or hamstrings depending on the model.

    8. What is an S-Track? The shape of the track that the massage rollers travel on is shaped like an "S". With S-Track chairs the massage rollers typically start at the back of the head or neck and work their way down to the lower back.

    9. I have a medically implanted device, should I buy a massage chair? No, anyone with an implanted device such as a Pacemaker should not use a massage chair. These chairs generate an electrical field from the motors and could interfere with any implanted device. 

    10. I have a spinal, back, or neck injury, condition, or disorder. Should I buy a massage chair? Not before consulting with your doctor(s) and getting prior approval. If you have any pre-existing conditions you should always get medical approval before using a massage chair.

    11. Do you ship Overseas?  Unfortunately no, we only ship to the Contiguous United States, better known as the lower 48 States.

    12. Once I place my order, how long until my chair ships?  Usually, it will take 1-5 business days for chairs to ship out of the manufacturer's warehouse. The handling time is noted on each product page for your reference. Handling times will vary by supplier.

    13. Will I be able to track my order? Yes, we'll send you the tracking information once your order ships out of the warehouse.

    14. My order shipped, why can't I see my tracking information? It usually takes 48-72 business hours after you have received your tracking number for your shipment to show on the delivery companies website. Some delivery companies are faster than others at showing your tracking information on their website.

    15. My tracking information shows the item was delivered but I don't have it, what do I do? Did you order White Glove Delivery? If so the chair was delivered to the white glove company & they'll contact you to schedule your delivery appointment when they're ready. If you didn't order white glove delivery and your tracking shows delivered and you do not have the chair, please contact us right away.

    16. How long will my new chair take to arrive? Delivery can vary based on the delivery method you chose when you bought your chair, but it typically takes about 5-10 business days after your item has been shipped to arrive. Transit times will vary depending on your location. White Glove Delivery & Setup usually takes an additional week, but this will vary and will depend upon scheduling.

    17. Will the Delivery Company call me before delivering the chair I ordered? Yes, once the chair gets close the delivery company will call you regarding your delivery in most cases.

    18. What is Curbside Delivery? If you choose Curbside Delivery your chair will arrive to you in the factory packaging and the delivery company will deliver to your curbside, but may deliver to your driveway or ground-level entryway if it's convenient for the driver. You will then be responsible for taking the chair into your home or business. You will want to have people helping you move your new chair as they are heavy.

    19. What is Threshold Delivery? With Threshold Delivery, the delivery company will deliver your chair to the nearest ground-level entrance of your home, business, or apartment building. You will be responsible for actually bringing your item in. Once again, these chairs are heavy so you'll want to get some help from friends.

    20. What is White Glove Delivery & Setup?  With White Glove Delivery & Setup your new chair will be brought into your home or business. It will be assembled and any trash will be removed once the job is completed.

    21. Will my chair be delivered by UPS or FedEx? No, not in most cases. Typically the chairs are delivered via LTL semi-trucks. If you order white glove delivery & setup usually those companies will deliver your chair in a large van or box truck.

    I'm amazed with the quality and performance of this chair. It's a bit pricey but I'd rather buy 1 really good chair that will last me then buy an inferior chair that I have to replace every couple of years. Highly recommended!
